The Villa - Casa Kernow

Casa Kernow is a south facing villa, located centrally for the
whole holiday island of Lanzarote. It is a large original Canarian house with 4 very individual and
spacious apartments, private heated pool, and sea views. Two of the apartments are 1 bedroomed and
two are 2 bedroomed and all are south facing. The house is situated 5 minutes from Arrecife (the
Island capital) and has views of the mountains, coastline and Fuerteventura.
The property occupies a large plot with shady terraces, large
heated pool, and tropical gardens. Within the gardens are papaya, mandarin, lemon, apricot, fig,
banana, orange, guava, coconut and pomegranate trees, plus date palms and vines.

| Many varieties of cactus are also evident amongst the
geraniums, roses and amaryllis, to name but a few of the varied plants and shrubs. The grounds also have ample sunbeds, chairs, tables and a barbeque area. There is
a laundry room with washing machine and two large car parking areas at both the front and rear of the property. |

The owners live on site, so lots of advice about the island, it's
restaurants, places of interest, best beaches, and value for money shops is available. The pool
area is enclosed by a high wall and gates, making it safe for young children, and the sunbathing
area surrounding the pool is very spacious with two large umbrellas for shade.
Outside there is a large heated pool approx. 11 x 5
metres and receives the sun all day. Underwater lights make evening swimming romantic and
exciting. There are shady terraces for those who prefer to be out of the sun and ample garden
furniture, including sunbeds, tables and parasols are provided.The BBQ area is large, sunny and
overlooking the exotic gardens
